We stand behind our work and offer a guarantee on all repair and restoration services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion, and we will work with you to address any concerns.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond your control, a full or partial refund may be provided.
- If there is a significant issue with the quality of our work that cannot be resolved through remedial action, we will discuss refund options with you.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, within 14 business days of approval.
Remedial Work
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through remedial work at no additional cost to you. We believe in fixing problems rather than simply offering refunds.
